About Me

Hey everyone!
First off, thank you so much for checking out my blog, I really appreciate it. Here's a little but about me.

My name is Aideen and I'm 20 years old. I'm Irish and have lived in Ireland my whole life, and don't plan on leaving any time soon. I am currently a full time college student.

I didn't discover my love for reading until my friends made me read The Hunger Games a few years ago. I mostly read Young Adult fiction, but sometimes I do branch out to New Adult and Middle Grade books. I'm also interested in writing. I took part in NaNoWriMo in 2014, 2015 and 2016 but unfortunately I didn't reach 50,000 words but I plan try again and again until I find a story I am motivated to finish.

I don't read many book blogs but I do watch a lot of BookTubers. Originally I wanted to start a YouTube channel but the idea was too intimidating so I'm starting with a blog, and maybe in time, I'll take out the camera.

I'm a little nervous to see where this goes, but I'm also excited. This will be a learning experience for me, but I'm looking forward to it and I hope you are too!
